Whether you would like to spend the whole day or just a few hours at Chartridge Park we can accommodate you with our great facilities and friendly staff.

We have 4 meeting rooms to hire, ranging from smaller one-on-one interview rooms to a 90-seat theatre-style conference room all having natural daylight.

The ground floor extension offers great flexibility. The partition walls allow us to split the large room into 3 smaller rooms for various groups. Also, the individual soundproof panels guarantee total privacy.

Catering can be provided all day by our in house chefs and are catering team are always there to provide excellent service for you.

“A professional set up”

I just wanted to pass on some feedback from our meeting yesterday. All the delegates said that the space was perfect for our needs. They also said they hadn’t expected to find such a professional set up in a Golf Club. I think it’s safe to say we will definitely be using it again.

Corporate membership is under discussion, although we are definitely also considering a Charity Golf Day.

We can offer various type of tables: rectangular meeting tables for Boardroom set up or U-shapes, smaller square tables for meetings in smaller groups or larger round tables if required. The chairs provided are extremely comfortable and will allow you to enjoy a long day without any concerns of back aches or other discomforts.

Pednor East and West are set up with 2 wide screen HD Televisions, the built-in cabling will allow you to connect a laptop through a HDMI cable, or connect an Apple product wireless (e.g. Macbook) through the Apple TV system built in.

The sound system in each room will make the whole experience complete. All your guests will have access to the internet through the free WIFI system provided.
