Firstly, A very big thank you for allowing us to hold my mum’s wake at your Golf Club, which in terms of a ‘function’ place every box was ticked, the setting & size of the venue easily coped with number of people and there was plenty of parking. The food was superb and good quantities, please thank all your staff who were on hand they were very helpful, polite and did not interfere with the occasion!

The cost of the food, which included the venue and teas & coffee, was very fair and when you take into account the quality it was a very good deal. Lastly, I would like to thank you for helpfulness, sorting out the detail, and your suggestions: the slideshow which was a massive hit. I think it was a very fitting ‘send off’ for my mum, her friends and family.

I am writing to express my gratitude for the service and support that you and Chartridge Golf Club gave to me and my family at the recent wake for my Mother-in-Law on the 14^th of March.

The criteria was that we needed good parking, easy to get to from Amersham Crematorium, wheelchair accesses, a room large enough for 100 people, separated from anyone else, good food, a separate bar and excellent service. Not only did the Golf Club achieve every element of this criteria but the expectation was greatly surpassed.

A wake is clearly not something that is planned well in advance, at short notice what you achieved was truly first class, please pass on my grateful thanks to all of your people.

The commitment and high level of service meant that this was a fitting venue for the send off of a special lady.

We used Chartridge Park for a wake venue, and were very pleased we did. The food ordered was lovely and tasty, and seemed good value for money. The staff were quietly going about making sure everything was clean and tidy, and were there if we needed anything. The bar had a great selection of drinks. We were very pleased that we chose to have the wake here and would recommend the venue to anyone else. Great service and food! There was diasbled access via a path at the rear and toilets were on the same floor. Plus there are lovely views across the golf course which felt calming and peaceful.
Thank you all for your hard work and excellent service. 10/10.
